Associate Executive, ILTC & EOL Matters (7-month contract / Admin Support)

Responsibilities:

• Provide referral management support, including coordination of daily referrals, working with stakeholders for case assignment, and liaising with patient/next-of-kin for appointment arrangement
• Maintain and update programme database, with proper and accurate handling of data, including maintaining confidentiality and security standards
• Support in administrative and secretariat duties, including arrangement of meetings and trainings, coordinate data collection activities, and support documentation of materials
• Handling of incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Timely provision of accurate data and analysis for accurately submission of reports
• Assist with team outreach events and activities where needed
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or social service-related industry
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• A responsible and resourceful team player who is able to work independently
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
