Associate Executive (Life Support Training Centre & Simulation Centre)

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the operations of our Life Support Training Centre and Simulation Centre. In this role, you will provide logistics, technical, and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes and simulation activities.

You will undergo training and certification as a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Instructor, enabling you to conduct BCLS/Heartsaver + AED courses for staff. You will also support the maintenance of training equipment and facilities and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistics, technical, and operational support for training programmes and simulation activities.
• Conduct BCLS/Heartsaver + AED training upon certification as an instructor.
• Ensure the upkeep and readiness of training facilities and learning environments.
• Support administrative duties, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

About you

• Diploma holder, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both operational and training activities
• Prior experience in training support, facilities coordination, or technical support will be an advantage
