Associate Executive - Sales Operations

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Fulfilment Coordination
  Process sales orders in ERP, coordinate fulfilment with warehouse/store, and ensure accurate and timely tracking updates for customers.

• Inventory & Stock Administration Support in-store operations admin, coordinate stock movements between store/warehouse/pop-ups, and assist in stock take preparation, execution, and ERP adjustments.

• Customer Service & Issue Management Handle customer inquiries across all channels and manage order-related issues (status, changes, returns, exchanges, refunds), logging cases in CRM/ERP and escalating complex matters when needed.

• Samples & Logistics Admin
  Assist in samples coordination (logging, tracking, returns) and handle retail operations admin, including invoices, logistics invoices for online orders, courier waybills, and basic expense documentation.

• Reporting & Operational Support
  Generate basic sales and customer service reports and complete other operational tasks assigned by the Retail Operations Executive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration other related field
• 2 years or above sales operation experience, with experience in ERP, SCM system is preferred
• With experience in E-commerce platform such as Shopify/ Woo Commerce/ Shopline, previous retail front line or customer service experience is a plus
• A team player  with high organization skills
• Sensitive to numbers and accuracy
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
