As a growing firm, we’re looking for a driven and client-focused Associate Financial Advisor to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Associate Financial Advisor will work alongside senior advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment services to our clients. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in financial services while being mentored in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior advisors in developing personalized financial plans and investment strategies
• Prepare client review materials and assist in regular portfolio monitoring
• Conduct research and analysis on investment products, insurance solutions, and financial planning strategies
• Help manage and grow client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring timely execution of action items
• Assist in business development activities, including marketing and client events

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Completion or progress toward financial planning designations (CFP, QAFP, or equivalent)
• Licensed Advisor or willingness to become licensed for mutual funds and/or insurance (MFDA/IIROC and LLQP)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
