Associate FinOps

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Intern to support reconciliation, exception handling, and dispute management processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-time financial operations in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily transaction reconciliations and identify mismatches
• Support in tracking and resolving exceptions and discrepancies
• Help manage chargebacks and dispute cases under supervision
• Respond to and track email queries from internal teams and stakeholders
• Maintain records, trackers, and reports for reconciliation and disputes
• Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and escalation protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely closure of tasks

Highlight issues and support root cause analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

• Final year or recent graduate in B.Com, BBA, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven environment

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, sorting/filtering)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good email etiquette and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
