Associate, Founder's Office

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founder to spearhead priority business initiatives from conception through execution.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments in the commodities and precious metals sectors.
• Prepare and present materials for key strategic decisions, board meetings, and investor discussions.
• Oversee and drive execution across various business functions, ensuring alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement dashboards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and systems to streamline operations.
• Coordinate across multiple departments including trading, logistics, finance, and compliance to ensure cohesive operations.
• Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in emerging markets and client segments.
• Represent the company in strategic meetings and negotiations, acting as an ambassador for the brand.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably within the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of working in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment, ideally with a background in engineering or technical teams like Formula Student or BAJA SAE.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market analysis and present actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in handling client meetings and internal discussions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, making informed decisions swiftly and adapting to changes.
• Genuine interest in commodity markets, trading, or the precious metals industry is preferred.
