Associate, FP&A

Company Overview: A vertically integrated real estate company focused on acquiring, developing, and operating industrial properties across key U.S. markets is seeking an Associate for their FP&A team. This role supports forecasting, valuation, reporting, and investor communications for a large-scale industrial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the quarterly reforecast for the full industrial portfolio, updating Argus Enterprise models.
• Maintain Argus models, monthly cash forecasts, and balance sheet reporting.
• Prepare quarterly supplemental reports for investor presentations.
• Play a key role in the annual bottom-up budget by identifying leasing opportunities and assessing market fundamentals.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Perform asset-level valuations to support hold/sell decisions and broader portfolio strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate analytics, asset management, valuation, or a related financial analysis role.
• Strong experience with Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and key operating metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear reports and presentations.
• Experience with industrial real estate or large multi-asset portfolios preferred.

Compensation: Salary: $90,000 – $140,000
