Hi all 🔊,

We are not looking for just another dentist; we are looking for a clinical leader—who is ready to command a high-volume book of cases.

Hervey Bay, QLD | Take Over Established Books | Elite Commission | High-Yield Clinical Focus | 📣

Are you a high-performing clinician feeling capped by city overheads or limited clinical scope or tired of building patient bases from scratch? This is your opportunity to step into an Associate Dentist role in one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal hubs. We are looking for a clinical powerhouse to step directly into the fully established books of an outgoing Associate Dentist. This isn’t just a "drill and fill" role; we are looking for a clinical leader ready to own their space in complex restorative work.

From Day 1, you will have a consistent, high-value flow of cases in one of Australia’s premier coastal destinations.

The Clinical Edge: Why This Role is Different ✨

• High-End Case Mix: Take the lead on Implants, Rotary Endodontics, Veneers, and advanced Crown & Bridge work. We have the patient base and the tech (including Cerec Primescan & Primemill) to support your most ambitious clinical goals.

• Elite Commission Structure: We are offering a commission structure above the industry standard. For a high-producer, this is a clear pathway to top-tier earnings that far outpace metropolitan averages💸.

High-Tech, High-Reward👑

• Advanced Suite: Deliver same-day excellence using our Cerec Primescan and Primemill technology.

• Six-Figure Lifestyle: Hervey Bay offers the "Whale Watch Capital" lifestyle—world-class fishing, boating, and K'gari (Fraser Island) on your doorstep.

What We Are Looking For🎁

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in Australia.

• Surgical & Restorative Mastery: A clinician who is comfortable and confident in complex treatment planning and execution.

• Sponsored Visa: An international clinician who requires Visa Sponsorship. We've been granted by the Immigration (Department of Home Affairs) to offer clinicians Visa Sponsorship. As an approved business sponsor, we are eligible to sponsor a worker under either of the following programs:

• Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482)

• Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)
