Associate – Fund Accounting

• To accounts and records transactions into fund accounting system including purchase, sale, settlements and FX.
• To check corporate action for portfolio and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• To prepare daily cash and investment reconciliation for unit trust funds.
• To compute and check management's charges, expenses and payment process for unit trust funds accurately.
• To prepare daily NAV computation for unit trust funds and adhere to the timeline.
• To collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and informative reports, the accuracy of accounting data, and improved efficiency.
• To liaise with funds’ trustees, auditors and tax agents for unit trust funds matters.
• To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting firm or accounts payable role.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software are added advantages.
• Manage timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in light of the tight schedules.
• Possess good analytical skills, a positive working attitude and willing to learn.
