  • Advise on title, survey, due diligence, entitlement, closing, and development-related matters.
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, outside counsel, internal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
  • Counsel management on day-to-day business operations, contracts, risk management, customer matters, development projects, and other legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, supplier and vendor contracts, and other commercial agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of corporate and real estate matters.
  • Represent the company professionally with third parties, business partners, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • 5–12+ years of legal experience, preferably with a strong law firm foundation.
