Associate General Dentist

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Associate General Dentist to become a key member of our team, starting part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Schedule:
-9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Tarzana/Encino area

Position Highlights:

• Part-time schedule: 3 days per week starting
• Established patient base with consistent demand
• Strong new patient flow
• Experienced and efficient clinical support team (with strong FT hygiene department)
• Practice owner is a prosthodontist willing to help and provide clinical advice.
• Modern technology and full-scope dentistry environment with perio and Endo present at the office.

Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide full-scope general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, operative, oral surgery, endodontic services
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient care
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Valid California dental license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
