Associate General Manager

Job Overview

We are recruiting a senior-level executive and management leader who possesses in-depth knowledge of daily warehousing and logistics operations, coupled with a strategic vision, data analysis skills, and strong team leadership to ensure efficient and stable company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Operation Management & Process Optimization: Plan warehousing workflows, logistics transportation, inventory management, and cost management to enhance operational efficiency, lower costs, and achieve the company's annual operational goals.
• Human Resources Management: Recruit, train, and manage logistics department staff; establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); monitor performance; handle operational exceptions; and manage risk controls.
• Resource Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with IT, Sales/Business, Quality Assurance, and Compliance departments to ensure transparent communication, seamless workflow synergy, and alignment with overall corporate goals.
• External Relations & Client Management: Serve as the company's external point of contact, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or project management.
• Proven management experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
• Deep familiarity with warehousing operational procedures and logistics management practices.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management and coordination.
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP, or related logistics information systems.
