Associate (General Practice)

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable junior Associate to join our general practice team. The role spans conveyancing, wills and probate, corporate secretarial, general corporate, and civil litigation work — well suited to someone who values variety and wants to build a broad foundation as a practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters
• Draft wills and manage probate and estate administration matters
• Assist with corporate secretarial work
• Handle small litigation matters and support senior lawyers on more complex cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice for clients
• Liaise with clients, CPF Board, IRAS, SLA, and other relevant agencies

Requirements

• Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, with 0–2 years’ PQE; experienced paralegals with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on legal experience are also welcome to apply
• Genuine interest in general practice across multiple areas of law
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with STARS e-lodgement, eLitigation, and ACRA portals is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple files concurrently
