• Demonstrates strong knowledge of Philippine immigration laws, regulations, and processes, with the ability to manage immigration cases, identify potential compliance risks, recommend practical solutions, and effectively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant immigration support. Knowledge of immigration processes across Southeast Asia (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other SEA countries) is an advantage.
• Ensure complete and accurate case information to support defect-free filings. Collaborate regularly with service providers, track and report SLAs, identify and escalate areas requiring attention to ensure effective vendor management, and provide data required for invoice processing, budget provisioning, and related activities.
• Follow established SOPs to ensure compliance with local immigration regulations. Assist in conducting audits, collecting compliance certificates from external vendors, and verifying documents through Infosys internal systems in accordance with Global Immigration policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report the status of immigration programs, initiatives, and process changes. Resolve employee queries related to visa and work permit applications within the assigned scope and provide periodic status reports to business units and functions to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Support the implementation of approved process improvements and policy changes. Assist in modifying and enhancing processes in response to evolving immigration regulations and business requirements to improve operational effectiveness and compliance.
