Associate - Global Real Estate

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000

Job Description:

We’re partnering with a leading global real estate firm to recruit an Associate to join their team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives on a wide range of commercial real estate projects, including portfolio analysis, transaction structuring, and strategic planning.

The Associate will support client engagements through financial analysis, market research, and preparation of client deliverables. You will contribute to real estate advisory work, assist with lease and purchase evaluations, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver insightful recommendations. The requirements of the role are:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in finance or real estate
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
