In this role, you will work directly with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals, support organizational growth, strengthen employee engagement, and foster a culture where employees can thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on HR support and wants to make a meaningful impact on both people and business outcomes.

  • Support employee engagement, retention, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on performance, employee concerns, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • Utilize HR data, workforce analytics, and insights to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging HR technology, automation, and innovative tools to enhance the employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting business leaders and employees.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems, HR technology, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is an asset.

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to be more than an HR support function.
