Associate HR

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups and joining formalities.

Collect and verify employee documents and ensure timely completion of joining documentation.

Assist with onboarding, induction, training coordination and employee code creation/documentation as per HR process.

Maintain employee records and update HR systems such as GreytHR accurately and on time.

Support attendance, leave, late coming, regularization and employee data verification.

Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for HR-related documentation and routine queries.

Assist in preparing HR letters, employee communication, trackers and basic HR reports. Support payroll inputs by collecting and validating attendance, leave, new joiner, exit and other employee data.

Assist with employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives and HR events.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Support statutory, audit and compliance documentation as assigned.

Perform other HR operational activities assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA -HR , Commerce or a related discipline.

0–2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills may be considered. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Good communication, documentation and follow-up skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
