Associate HR Operations Specialist

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentations
• Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
• Assist with payroll inputs, employee data, and monthly HR reports.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and other HR processes.
• Support the execution and communication of HR policies and processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR trackers and reports with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of employee-related matters.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes are maintained in line with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations preferably in an ITService industry.
• Candidates with relevant HR certification courses and a strong understanding of basic HR processes may also be considered.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in HR or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
