Associate II

Requirements

1. Associate I and II: Minimum 2+ to 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Store Support environments.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer interaction abilities.
3. Proven ability to handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving skills.
4. Strong multitasking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
5. Experience supporting customers through phone, chat, email, and digital channels.
6. Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and deliver positive resolutions.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems, case management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate customer records.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy and company policies.
10. Minimum typing speed of 25-30 WPM.
11. Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week in a 24/7 operational environment.
12. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, holidays, and night shifts based on business needs.
