About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically inclined Implementation Consultant to support the implementation and deployment of our retail technology solutions. The ideal candidate will understand business requirements, configure software applications, coordinate with technical teams, and guide clients through the implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions and gather business and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, improvement opportunities and system requirements.
• Configure software applications based on client requirements, including pricing, promotions, workflows, product information, inventory and user access, as applicable.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with development, QA and product teams on customizations and enhancements.
• Support data migration, data mapping, validation and integration with third-party applications.
• Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate timely resolution.
• Prepare implementation documentation, process flows, configuration documents and user guides.
• Conduct client demonstrations, end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support deployment, go-live, hypercare and post-implementation activities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, functional consulting, application configuration or enterprise application support.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: POS, Retail Technology, ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, e-commerce or inventory management systems.
• Understanding of software implementation processes, business requirements gathering, system configuration, testing and deployment.
• Experience in client coordination, issue resolution, user training or application troubleshooting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional technical teams.
