Job Description
Job Role : IMS Coordinator
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, records, and Master Document List as per international standards ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018
- Ensure proper document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and record traceability.
- Support preparation and coordination of internal, external, certification, and surveillance audits.
- Maintain audit findings, NC, observation, corrective-action, and improvement trackers.
- Proactively follow up and coordinate with process owners for pending actions and escalate overdue items to the IMS Coordinator.
Functional Competencies:
- Certified IMS Internal Auditor
- ISO Standards Knowledge
- RCA & Risk Management
- IMS Performance Monitoring
- Knowledge on 7QC tools, RCA, 8D analysis
**Basic Qualification:**Graduate in Engineering/Science
