Associate - Insurance Claims

Responsibilities:

Phone support to Employers (Group), Agents, Relationship Managers, Members and Beneficiaries or any other caller inquiring about a short and long term disability

Qualifications:

Preferrably but not required 1-2 years experience with Insurance
1-2 years BPO experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Can multi-task between phone and email interaction
No certification/ license is required
