Associate – International Practice

Please note that we will consider candidates in any U.S. city in which the Firm has an office and candidates must be admitted to practice law in the state corresponding to their office location.

Boies Schiller Flexner is seeking associates with 3-4 years of experience to join our International Practice, a team that provides tailored advice to high net-worth individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and trustees, helping them navigate an increasingly complex, cross-border economy. The team devises and implements multijurisdictional strategies and advises on issues including enforcement actions, global sanctions, trade/export controls, money laundering, asset forfeiture and white collar defense matters.

Candidates must have a demonstrated experience or interest in cross-border work as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and academic credentials. Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills and sanctions experience are beneficial but not required.
