Associate, Investment Banking Division

To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including IPO, M&A, takeovers, compliance advisory, fund raising and etc.

To fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes

To coordinate and communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s) or above

CPA is preferred

At least 3 year experience in Auditing in Big4 or International Accounting Firm with exposure of listed companies’ engagements

Basic knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeover Code

Proven track record of handling IPO transactions is desirable

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must

Analytical, self-motivated, independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
