About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Investor Relations to support investor communication, business analysis and stakeholder management. The role involves interacting with investors, understanding business drivers, preparing investor-related materials and supporting engagement with financial market participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle investor queries and ensure timely and professional responses.
• Understand the company, its business model and key business drivers.
• Support preparation of Investor Presentations, Press Releases and Annual Reports.
• Conduct peer analysis and competitive landscape analysis.
• Support quarterly earnings and conference calls.
• Coordinate with fund managers and buy-side analysts and provide relevant company updates.
• Support engagements with sell-side analysts, including corporate days, site visits and corporate visits.
• Assist in coordinating Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs) and investor engagement activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with investors and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track key company metrics, business performance and investment fundamentals.

• Good understanding of company financials and key business metrics.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Keen interest in capital markets, investments and listed companies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
