JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The applicant will handle litigation cases, as well as corporate and retainer accounts, and will have the following responsibilities:
• Legal research; help formulate legal strategy
• Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents
• Appear before the courts, administrative agencies, quasi-judicial bodies and other government agencies
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
• Render legal opinion and advice on matters involving various legal issues

The firm’s partners obtained their law degrees from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. Atty. Joel Jude R. Mutia is a certified public accountant and placed fourth in the 1992 Bar examinations. Atty. Maria Teresa M. Trinidad finished her law degree in 1990 and previously worked with SGV & Co. as a Tax Consultant.  She has also served as National Secretary of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines from 2003-2007.
