ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing legal and administrative support to Partners
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings and notices
• Conducting legal research
• Coordinating and filing all discovery documents involving partners and clients
• Reviewing discovery cases and providing updates to partners
• Analyzing conflicts in legal matters and advising  clients on solutions
• Assisting in the review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicating with Lawyers to ensure cases are handled efficiently
• Coordinating and preparing administrative reports
• Ensuring confidentiality

Requirements and Qualification:

• Member of the Philippine Bar (newly admitted lawyers are welcome)
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Strong legal knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong project management Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
