ASSOCIATE LAWYER

TRNP Law Firm established by two founding partners M. Taufik Riyadi, and Nirizki Perdana Putra, Our Law Firm providing legal litigation services as our key services. Based on our partners experiences within years, we’ve handled and assisted our client in various litigation services, especially civil and commercial litigation appertain with business dispute or also through alternative dispute resolution. We also reliable in providing services such corporate & commercial, insurance, intellectual property, property & real estate, and merger and acquisition. We’ve experienced in handle various multinational, national, and state-owned companies and sole proprietorship.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct legal research to provide a legal solution, strategy, advice and opinion on the case and/or any legal need of the client to solve the issues;
• Arrange, draft and review legal documents both corporate and litigation including warning letters, legal correspondence, settlement agreements, petitions, lawsuits etc;
• Examine, review and analyze the contract, memorandum, law, regulation, verdict and any other legal documents;
• Assist and/or represent client both in litigation in court proceedings and non-litigation matters including a civil lawsuit, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, criminal, negotiation, dispute settlement etc;
• Liaise with judicial, legal and government institutions to fulfil, protect and maintain the legal interests and needs of the client;
• Continuously responsible for case handling as well as for monitoring and reporting case progress in a comprehensive and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from a Reputable University
• GPA min. 3,00
• Holding an Advocate License is a must
• Good in English both oral and written
• Min. 2 years of experience in a Law Firm as a Litigation Lawyer will be an advantage
• Having a strong analysis of Legal Practices
• Able to work both in a teamwork environment and independently
• Having good communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical skill and good legal judgment to support business needs
• Having a good attitude, proactive, strong confidence, and willingness to learn
