What they need
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to the Philippine Bar at the time of application
- New BAR PASSERS, with or without experience are welcome to apply
- With experience / background in litigation, tax and finance, an advantage
- With passion to represent clients cause, task-oriented and can function with minimum supervision
- Must possess excellent writing/oral skills
- Business fluent level of English proficiency is required for excellent writing and oral communication skills
UNDERBAR ASSOCIATES with finance/tax background are encouraged to apply. 2026 Bar Candidates are highly preferred.
Role:
- Meet and handle client concerns
- Participate in case preparation, trial strategies and discussions
- Prepare contracts, pleadings and appear before Courts, Prosecutor's Office, Quasi-judicial entities
- Research, analyse and ensure regulatory compliance of clients
- Coordinate and discuss with government agencies (e.g. BIR, SEC, LGU, PEZA, BOI), as needed
- For Underbar Associates, conduct research and provide support to Junior / Senior Lawyers as may be necessary .
