Associate Lawyer

Qualifications:

· Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (LLB or JD)

· At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a law firm or as in-house/corporate lawyer

· Continuing good moral character

· Thorough and detail-oriented

· Ability to adapt to a challenging and fast-paced environment

· Excellent verbal and communication skills

· Strong time management skills with ability to execute multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

· Ability to maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality of classified information and/or records

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software programs/applications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organization and presentation skills

· Strong background in conducting research

· Ability to work well with other team members

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of classified information and/or records

· Ability to work independently or under minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Contracts Management

· Litigation Management

· Documents Management

· Regulatory Compliance – LGU, SEC, etc.

· Legal/Risk Assessment and Management (including legal research and providing legal advice/opinion to stakeholders)

· Policy Development, Administration and Review

· Corporate Housekeeping – in coordination with the Corporate Secretary

· Special projects as may be assigned by the Top Management

· Such other tasks as may be required by the Legal and Policy Head, Executive Office and stakeholders from time to time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
