Associate - Learning & Development (Human Resources)

Job Purpose

Responsible for executing L&D programs to enhance workforce capability, while handling daily corporate HR, group HQ liaison, organizational review, and business report writing in Simplified Chinese.

Key responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end corporate training initiatives, including strategic planning, training needs analysis, and vendor procurement to deliver high-quality learning programs.
• Implementing key talent frameworks and succession planning projects to accelerate leadership pipelines and nurture high-potential employees.
• Reviewing and refining organizational structures to streamline workflows and maximize operational efficiency.
• Spearheading engagement initiatives and overseeing corporate recognition programs to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
• Managing general corporate HR affairs, such as group HQ liaison and drafting comprehensive business materials in Simplified Chinese.
• Driving cross-functional execution of ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience (L&D, OD, or Generalist), preferably within the financial services industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong proficiency in Simplified Chinese business writing and communication is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and prior experience in HR system setup/implementation are highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
