Associate / Legal Associate

We are looking for an Associate / Legal Associate to provide paralegal support to Australian law firms. The candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, coordinating with clients and other parties, maintaining case records, reviewing documents, and supporting the team in managing matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft letters and prepare documents related to Property Sale/Purchase and Estate Planning matters.
• Follow up with clients and other relevant parties to obtain required information and documentation.
• Maintain and update case-related information in Practice Management Software.
• Review and check documents to identify and extract critical information based on predefined criteria.
• Ensure files and case records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Take proactive follow-ups and actions to ensure matters progress smoothly and within timelines.
• Assist the Team Lead in managing matters from initiation through completion.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and paralegal activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate, Post Graduate, or Law Graduate.
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in handling emails and documentation.
• Excellent English communication and email writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates interested in working with Australian legal processes will be preferred.
