Associate - Legal

We are looking for an Associate - Legal t o handle secretarial compliance, regulatory compliance, MCA portal filings, drafting and review of agreements, drafting board resolutions, notices, agendas and circular resolutions, and supporting corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and other documents with regulatory authorities as required.
• Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Draft Board Resolutions, Notices, Agendas, Minutes, and Circular Resolutions
• Support corporate governance activities
• Assist in company law compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely filings and documentation
• Review compliance obligations and track deadlines.
