Associate Logistics Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily import and export operations to ensure smooth and efficient shipment execution.

• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and shipment tracking mechanisms.

• Proactively monitor and follow up on international shipments from origin through final delivery.

• Partner closely with Planning, Procurement, and Warehousing teams to support import and export activities.

• Coordinate and manage shipping documentation to ensure seamless customs clearance and regulatory compliance.

• Utilize systems and tools such as SAP, Nexus, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Excel-based tracking tools.

• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to address technical requirements for import and export clearance.

• Prepare and analyze logistics KPIs, including cost-per-kilogram, service performance, and shipment visibility metrics.

• Perform freight invoice auditing and support logistics cost validation processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing business environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve escalated operational issues.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import/Export Operations, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or logistics platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
