Associate Manager – Maintenance

Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, agitators, centrifuges, dryers, gearboxes, valves, pipelines, and other process equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns and minimize plant downtime.
• Conduct RCA for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute shutdown and major maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Production, EHS, vendors, and contractors for maintenance requirements.
• Manage maintenance spares, equipment records, and maintenance reports.
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and team members.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
