Associate Manager-Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B market.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing key accounts.
• Generate leads through market mapping, industry networks, exhibitions and direct customer engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, production, supply chain and R&D teams for suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms.
• Drive sales targets, revenue growth and contribution margins.
• Conduct competitor and market intelligence and identify emerging applications/markets.
• Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and customer qualification to trials, commercialisation and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product development, sampling, approvals and customer complaints.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, MIS and periodic business reviews.
