Associate Manager

Job Summary

Design and develop integration solutions for SaaS applications with ERP and non-ERP applications. This role will work with major clients on a globally deployed Digital Procurement platform. The individual will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying and supporting integrations required to meet business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to understand and confirm requirements.
• Evaluate design alternatives, facilitate discussions and drive requirements sign-off.
• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impact of application configuration decisions.
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mappings and system process designs.
• Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
• Track issues and risks, communicate project status and escalate concerns to project management.
• Work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic and growing environment with minimal supervision.
• Be open to travel as required; the original JD indicates travel of up to 50%.

Job Requirements :

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in development, consulting and/or business analysis.
• Experience in a techno-functional role on SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on/project experience with integration tools such as:
• MuleSoft
• Dell Boomi
• SAP PI
• TIBCO
• Strong understanding of web services technologies such as:
• REST
• SOAP
• Strong knowledge of data formats including:
• JSON
• XML
• EDI
• Good understanding of SQL.
• Strong Business Analysis skills.
• Experience in Supply Chain / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and growing environment.
