Job Description

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in executing strategic plans and driving a profitable store business. This role leads in the General Manager's absence and promotes operational excellence, talent development, and a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support store planning and sales performance.
• Lead client development, community outreach, networking, and recruitment initiatives.
• Coach and develop employees while supporting the store's talent strategy.
• Oversee store processes, inventory control, sales floor standards, and company policies.
• Promote new selling technologies and share business trends and opportunities with leadership.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver a customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb as required.
