Associate Manager - Startup

CTC: Up to 35,000 per month (Net In-Hand)
Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Startup to manage the end-to-end onboarding and launch process of new franchisees. The role involves coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure timely approvals, documentation, code creation, training, branding, inauguration, and post-onboarding support. The candidate will be responsible for tracking timelines, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring franchisees are ready to start business successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end franchisee startup process, from initial approval to inauguration and post-launch closure.
• Monitor the Startup SOP, ensuring every stage is completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Coordinate with Acquisition, Regional Operations, Marketing, Branding, Training, Compliance, IT, Digital, and State teams.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, due diligence (DL), site visits, data collection, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate code creation and ensure timely execution of SMS campaigns, database kit dispatch, and branding collateral delivery.
• Ensure completion of pre-launch and post-launch training for new franchisees.
• Manage the first three months of post-onboarding support, tracking business performance, marketing execution, and operational challenges.
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and escalating delays when required.
• Maintain startup trackers and dashboards to monitor onboarding progress, TAT adherence, and pending activities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and share operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities with management.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Regional Operations team after the initial three-month support period.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Adherence to defined TATs and onboarding timelines.
• Reduction in franchisee onboarding cycle time.
• Timely completion of branding, documentation, and training.
• Business growth and revenue ramp-up during the first three months.
• Resolution time for operational issues and escalations.
• Successful completion and handover of the franchisee onboarding process.

Preferred Qualifications
