Associate Manager - Design

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative brand designs for FMCG products, including packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective brand campaigns across offline channels.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) to support product launches and promotions.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints by maintaining a strong understanding of the company's visual identity.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in brand design or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating successful brand campaigns for FMCG products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent creative designing skills with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
