Associate Manager, EIP, Livelihood Program

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to lead our Livelihood Program, with a strong background in EIP. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving social change and improving the lives of marginalized communities.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive livelihood programs to enhance economic opportunities for the target population.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the community.

• Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.

• Design and manage projects to promote income generation and asset building among program participants.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in EIP or livelihood programming.

• Strong understanding of social development principles and practices.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and implement effective programs.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.

• Experience working with technology-based solutions to drive social change is an added advantage.
