What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Associate Manager with expertise in Bancassurance to join our Bancassurance department at Yes Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bancassurance products and services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth. The Associate Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing bancassurance strategies, managing a team of associates, and ensuring seamless integration with other banking departments. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving Yes Bank's bancassurance business forward and contributing to the bank's overall growth and success.

What does the job entail?

• Oversee the bancassurance business, ensuring alignment with bank's overall strategy and goals
• Lead a team of bancassurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement bancassurance plans, policies, and procedures to drive business growth
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as risk management, compliance, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance products
• Manage relationships with key customers, including insurance companies, to drive bancassurance business
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and agents to expand bancassurance offerings
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Develop and maintain bancassurance product offerings, including insurance and risk management solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, while promoting bancassurance business growth
