Associate Manager - Operations

Single Ownership (Individual Contributor to Growth Driver) for End-to-End Sales Funnel (Telecalling to Sales Closure).

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented Product Sales Head to take complete single ownership of our product sales pipeline. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the charge from the front- handling the entire sales cycle from cold telecalling and lead generation to deep product pitching and final revenue closure. This is not a purely administrative management role. You will have absolute autonomy and accountability for the sales numbers, acting as the sole engine for our product's commercial growth.

• Top-of-Funnel Lead Generation: Initiate outbound cold calls, nurture inbound marketing leads, and proactively source prospective clients via databases and digital research.
• Consultative Pitching: Conduct deep-dive discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs. End-to-
• End Pipeline Ownership: Independently manage prospects through the entire lifecycle - from the initial "hello" over the phone to overcoming objections and securing final contract signatures.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
