Associate Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and management.
• Monitor orders, follow-ups, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Handle client communication and maintain strong business relationships.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, accounts, and dispatch teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide updates to management.
• Track work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Resolve routine operational issues and escalate important matters to senior management.
• Assist management in planning, decision-making, and execution of business activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure proper work allocation.
• Maintain records, documents, quotations, orders, and other business correspondence.
• Follow up on payments, outstanding matters, and customer requirements where required.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for improving sales and operations.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and deadlines are followed.
• Handle confidential business information responsibly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
