Associate Manager - Printing

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality color separations for rotary and digital textile printing applications.
• Develop print-ready separations from:
  • Soft design files
  • Fabric swatches
  • Theme boards
  • Reference images and artworks
• Convert swatch-based designs into accurate and production-friendly printable separations.
• Ensure color consistency and repeat accuracy across different printing techniques.
• Prepare and optimize artwork files for bulk production.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Sampling, Production, and Printing teams to achieve desired print outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and color-related issues during development and production stages.
• Maintain design quality standards and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
• Support new collection developments through innovative color and design execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Color Separation for Textile Rotary and Digital Printing.
• Excellent understanding of:
  • Textile printing processes
  • Screen engraving requirements
  • Repeat creation and layout development
  • Color matching techniques
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to interpret fabric swatches and convert them into commercially viable printable designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design-related challenges.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
