Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Manager Projects (MEP) to support project procurement, vendor management, contracts, logistics and commercial activities. The role will involve coordinating with vendors, project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are completed competitively, compliantly and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and contract execution activities in line with project requirements and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and contractors.
• Obtain and consolidate quotations through EOI, RFI, RFQ and RFP processes.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings and support Purchase Order processing.
• Handle vendor queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Support commercial negotiations, e-bidding and reverse/forward auction processes.
• Prepare approval notes and required procurement documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with quality standards, taxation and applicable government policies.
• Conduct vendor audits and monitor quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure equipment/material is delivered to the project location within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with HR for contractor labour-law compliance.
• Support contract and work-order administration during project execution.
• Track contract changes, variations, delays and extensions in coordination with the Project Manager and site execution team.
• Maintain MIS reports, trackers and procurement-related documentation.
• Support sustainable procurement practices and adherence to relevant SOPs.

• B.Tech with MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in procurement/projects/contracts.

• Good understanding of procurement processes, compliance and project execution.
