Associate Manager / Sr. Executive - Business Development

Sasta Sundar is looking for a dynamic Associate Manager - Business Development to drive our Retailer Shakti initiative across Odisha & North East.

Role Overview:
Lead retailer onboarding, engagement, and growth for the Retailer Shakti network. Build strong relationships with local retailers/pharmacies, drive business expansion, and support field execution across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & onboard new retail partners under Retailer Shakti
• Drive sales targets & business growth in the assigned region
• Build and manage a strong retailer network & relationships
• Coordinate with field teams for smooth execution
• Track performance & report market insights
• 25 mandatory visit per day
• 50 activation cum registration per month
• Minimum 5 lakh business per month.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream);
• 2-5 years' experience in business development/field sales (Retail, FMCG, or Pharma preferred)
• Bike with valid licence mandatory & willingness to travel within Odisha
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
