Associate Manager - Strategy Development

Role & responsibilities

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• CEO and DIAL senior leadership for analytical support, key business updates etc.
• All departments within various analytical and strategic issues
• Support development and refinement of strategy aligned with DIALs long-term
• vision and regulatory framework.
• • Conduct market, industry, competitive, and benchmarking analyses to identify
• growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends in aviation and infrastructure
• sectors.
• • Apply models such as Porter's five forces, PESTLE etc. to conduct environment scan
• • Prepare strategic reports, business cases, feasibility studies, and presentations for
• senior management.
• • Benchmarking - Track global best practices and trends

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

MBA, PGDM or equivalent preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

2-5 years experience with hands on experience in:

• Ability to scan the environment, conduct SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's five forces etc. and

support in development of strategy
