Associate Manager - US Compensation & Benefits

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees across various levels within the organization.
• Design and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance plans, retirement savings plans, and other non-monetary perks.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure alignment of compensation policies with business objectives and industry trends.
• Analyze market data to identify competitive salary ranges for different roles within the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (Compensation & Benefits).
• Strong understanding of total rewards principles, including base pay structures, incentive plans, benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM system or similar platforms; ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools.
