Associate, Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T)

About the role

As Associate, MS&T (Process Control), you will provide support and lead in process control, process and product improvements based on parameters monitoring, lead yield improvement projects, and support major investigations for customers' complaints and NCR cases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for implementation of new innovative technologies for manufacturing including development of a systematic approach for developing requirements for new equipment
• Maintain oversight of process performance (end-to-end) based on parameter monitoring to ensure execution of processes on-time, continuously improving in quality and efficiency, including resolving process technical issues
• Conduct ongoing intra and inter batch monitoring and other process related metrics
• Collect, track, analyse and report data for process metrics and continuous monitoring
• Lead and manage yield improvement projects according to assigned timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage Change Requests and protocol execution
• Track CM parameters and monitor critical and key variables including Critical Process Parameters (CPP), In Process Control (IPC) parameters, and Product Quality Attributes using statistical analysis and data trending
• Utilise data trending and statistical analysis to deepen process understanding, detect issues in process capability, identify trends of process deviations, and issue quarterly/annual data trending reports
• Support major investigations for customers' complaints and NCR cases
• Coordinate and support site qualification activities and technology transfer projects
• Write qualification protocols and ensure adherence to requirements during protocol execution

About you

• Degree in scientific or Engineering field
• Experience or knowledge in statistics, data analysis and monitoring
• Knowledge in using Minitab
• GMP industry experience (highly advantageous but not essential)
• Good team player
• Able to work with various cross functional teams across manufacturing site
